Al-Safina
Al-Safina is a community receiving mentally handicapped persons and inserting them into an active, family life; the beginning of an autonomous life. This home for mentally handicapped persons was founded in 1995 under the patronage of the Latin Bishop in Syria and is located in the Damascus Old City.
Al-Safina is one of the programs that UPIC supports with your help.
